And we're back. This episode is about healing with us. We're going to be talking about taking the next step after you make it through those stages of grief and you are ready to rock and roll, and you want to start to begin to heal yourself. So we're going to talk about the different ways to be able to make that happen. Wanted to kind of start the conversation with talking about empathy. A really good definition that I pulled off the web about empathy is about leaning in with compassion.
