Episode Transcription

Speaker 1 (00:01):

Thanks for tuning in indicate things, a podcast for the modern woman every week, your host equal McCain, Ariana will dig in on real topics that matter in the new age, stay locked in. You won't want to miss anything.

Speaker 1 (00:24):

And we're back. This episode is about healing with us. We're going to be talking about taking the next step after you make it through those stages of grief and you are ready to rock and roll, and you want to start to begin to heal yourself. So we're going to talk about the different ways to be able to make that happen. Wanted to kind of start the conversation with talking about empathy. A really good definition that I pulled off the web about empathy is about leaning in with compassion. We brushed across this a little bit in our last episode, when we were talking about, you know, helping people that were in other stages, maybe if we were a little bit ahead of the game and empathy is very important to be able to do that. Empathy is also really important when it comes to like, as it pertains to what's going on in our world right now, being able to listen and have difficult conversations as well, because the whole goal is like unity of the human race. Right? And so that means being open and able to have conversations with people that have completely conflicting beliefs. And really even if there are like inflammatory beliefs, if you have empathy, if you're able to lean in with compassionate and kind of put yourself in that person's place and listen to them and hear them out, I think that's where real real change happens. So wanted to start the conversation around empathy and what, what you all believe that means. And what does, how does that show up for you in your life?

Speaker 2 (01:49):

Yeah, totally. I feel like I've been on like both ends of the spectrum in terms of not just like being empathetic myself, but also like people, you know, showing that towards me. And I honestly think like, this is like the key to like unifying and like unity, if we can communicate like in this, you know, in this channel of like, you know, just like understanding like what someone's going through and not necessarily like having to experience it, but just being, like having the capacity to understand, you know, what it might be like in when you, when you step into their shoes. And I think that that's honestly like key to, like, what's going to like, bring about conversations that are, that are going to be substantial and healing. And you, you mentioned like opposing opinions. And I think that number one, like accepting that that's okay and that's important and that's healthy in a world like this. And also just trying to understand, like what I know, I can definitely be like hard headed sometimes. Like

Speaker 1 (02:55):

I really, all of us trying to get

Speaker 2 (03:00):

That out, but yeah, I'm, I'm definitely hardheaded and like a very like, stay standing very firmly in my beliefs. And I have to like sit back sometimes then I'm like, okay, listen, like, listen to what they're saying. And like, so you understand, you know, like you don't have to convince everyone to think like you,

Speaker 3 (03:20):

I totally agree. I think that from a scientific perspective, we can dive in a little bit, even a little bit deeper and talk about the kinds of empathies that exist, right? I'll start with cognitive empathy. And what that is is simply knowing how the other person feels, what they might be thinking. And that is sometimes called perspective taking, and that this is a definition by Daniel Goldman. He's a renounced psychologist and author of the 1995 book, emotional intelligence. So this is very this cognitive empathy. It's very intellectual, it's a thought process. And an understanding it helps when negotiations were, are, by the way, we're all capable of all these types of empathies. And it's so important to kind of like know which one does what, and then try to kind of apply it. So this specific one helps with like negotiation, motivating other people saying like, well, knowing what to say, understanding diverse viewpoints, I do feel like it's super ideal in conversation like this, but sometimes be aware that this can be disconnected and like, it can ignore the importance of emotions. It can come off as a year. And now you're just super logical. You're not understanding you're Don. You don't feel me. You know, you understand me, but you don't feel me. So, so that could be like a negative on that, but it's extremely important to, you know, use your logic and apply this one possible.

Speaker 2 (04:56):

Yeah, absolutely. I think, I think cognitive empathy comes, comes into play a lot in business. Absolutely. Yeah. When you were thinking about making even like product making, I feel like, because it's not like you're really trying to really dig deep. You're just kind of, kind of look like it's in your head. You're like, okay, that person must feel like this. Or they must want that, you know, just taking the time to actually like understand what's going on inside. Somebody's head as best as you can from a like, outside looking in type of perspective instead of kind of digging into their psyche. Right? Yeah. That's so true. Like the first step in design thinking is empathy, like stepping into some orange juice so that you can either provide a solution that will be effective for them, or just like, understand like a human to human level. Like just understanding.

Speaker 3 (05:51):

Right. And on that note, design thinking is one of the methodologies approaches mostly in Silicon Valley, we'll be discussing that in a future episode. But absolutely, I think this takes us to the next one, the next type of empathy.

Speaker 1 (06:06):

This is the one I tend to feel a lot. I was filling in a lot like this past couple of weeks with like everything that was going on, where I was unable to kind of, I couldn't really feel my own pain. Cause I felt every pain. Right. I felt like physical pain for like the entire world and everybody that was suffering in it. On that note you have called me like balling.

Speaker 3 (06:31):

I was like, okay, let me just be an ear.

Speaker 1 (06:35):

It's so overwhelming. It's like, so overwhelming. It's just like the weight.

Speaker 3 (06:39):

So to your statement. So it is when you feel physically along with the other person as though their emotions were contagious, so you literally, and I can understand how that could be so draining, you know? Cause it's, it's emotional and it's a physical sensation. Like it mirrors like neurons, like it's so crazy how it mirrors like the neurons of the brain, like the person you were connected with and like feeling they're paying you were literally feeling it like in every sense of it, like physical sense of it.

Speaker 1 (07:12):

Yeah. That's, that's definitely right. That was like me last night with the, with the kid that was missing. I was like, I felt like it was my son for some reason, you know, I, I felt it in here. Can you tell us just like a blip? Yeah. Where were you? And I was at home. I was scrolling and for my community, they had a page. They have like a whole community page and someone had posted their son. He was 18, but he was a special needs, special needs kid, which I also have as well. So like when I seen that, I was just like, Oh my, I was just thinking like, Oh my God, he's lost. He must be scared. What if he, everything that I would have thought if it was my son and like physical pain. And so when I was out there, it was actually like getting frustrated with my, my daughter, because like, I'm looking all around.

Speaker 1 (08:06):

Like, like, like I drove all everywhere and then we got out and we walked everywhere and I was like getting upset with her. And I was like, is that how you would look for your brother? Like, is that how you would look for your brother? Like I was getting upset and it was crazy because she was doing it in her own way, but I was just like, you gotta look everywhere. You got to look under every Bush. You have to look in every direction. You gotta look under and over. Like, you never know, there could be a hand, a foot, you know what I mean? I'm like, literally like it's real in my head. I think my initial, she was probably like drawn back, like, Oh my God, ma I was like, yeah, I was doing heroin. Heroin was like Darius. And I was, I just was feeling it.

Speaker 1 (08:45):

And then like her, like whatever, his mother might've been feeling, I felt like I was feeling it. But, and then when I seen other people were looking and there was flashlights and all of that, I was, it calmed me down a little bit because I felt like I had to like look at every single like area. Right. But then like the community came out and they started helping it, calm me down a bit. So yeah. Sometimes it's just like so overwhelming and hard. And I need like people in my life that are like, Hey, that's not, you're paying to take on. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:16):

That is an absolute full of emotional empathy. There are obviously clear benefits that helps you in a closed intrepreneurs interpersonal, like relationships and careers, like coaching, marketing, management, HR, you name it. But the pitfall of that is definitely where you just stated this, that overwhelming feeling. And it can be inappropriate. Just imagine like being that person, like all the time can be an inappropriate in certain circumstances.

Speaker 2 (09:42):

Totally. It's a blessing and a curse. I think, you know, like if, if people, especially like younger impacts, like who, who feel it physically, like they don't necessarily know how to protect themselves and like set boundaries and cleanse themselves from like a draining energy. And it's not just young people. It's just like people who don't know how to handle that kind of like weight that's put on them. Right. Is such a gift. Like when you do know how to like use it properly. I think so.

Speaker 3 (10:16):

I think it's amazing that we have all these tools. I think knowledge is key. Like hands down and understanding that, you know, like, this is how you're feeling, this is how you're processing it. Is it emotional? Is it logical? I know that, you know, like everything in moderation, right? So like, am I being overwhelming and by being too much, and I think back again to like what we said in the first episode is that having that ecosystem, that kind of like checks in on you and checks in with you, it's important, you know, like, Hey, you're you're to the events of this. Like, you know, let me let it pull you back up.

Speaker 3 (10:54):

It's like, you're trying. Yeah, totally. And this leads us to the last type of empathy, which is compassionate, empathy, this kind of empathy. We not only understand a person's predicament. If you feel, you feel it with them spontaneously, you move forward to like help, you know, like if needed, like, what am I going to do? What am I doing to support you, help you out? And it's like, it combines the emotional and intellectual and then, and then adds to it that action, the action item. So like, I feel you, I hear you, what am I doing about it? You know,

Speaker 2 (11:29):

I feel like this is more like close to what, like you experienced last night, Vicky. Yeah. It's just like, you're like, fuck, I have to do something about this. Like I cannot just sit here and just like, feel this, I need to get out and do something about it.

Speaker 1 (11:46):

I don't know. I was thinking girl up my mind went in the darkest places and yeah. But Hey,

Speaker 3 (11:54):

Our mind goes to the darkest places because this world is freaking dark. Okay.

Speaker 1 (11:58):

Yeah. It is dark. And that's why I was trying to, I was telling my kids, I'm like, this is a dark evil world. And I found him in the next town over, which was distressing too. I was just like, Oh my God. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (12:10):

Yeah. How did he get over there? And so to be honest, like we will have an episode where we talk about children's sexual exploitation and, and other things, you know, like in the dark webinar, it's just, the world is too dark, especially when you're informed from that sense to not freak out, like, to not like, have those thoughts go through your head. Do you know what I mean? Totally reasonable. What else can we do to heal aside from empathy, leaning in with compassion meditation. It's my favorite lane.

Speaker 1 (12:46):

Yes. I felt like that is like in the last few years, hasn't it felt like a lot of people are aligning more with like that type of practice. So, yeah. I didn't feel like growing up that I really heard a lot about meditation, but as an adult, like it's like a lot of people are taking the moment and, you know, meditation is a lot of ways, right? Like you can sit with yourself, you can pray. Like there's so many different options for that. So like, I just, and it's great to be able to take that time to do that. So I wanted to like talk about like, like Ricky, I have literally only had like one Reiki healing session and it literally was amazing. So for any of you all out there that aren't familiar with Ricky, it's basically, it's a Japanese term and it means mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign. And it comes from the Japanese words, re meaning universal and key, meaning life, energy which is basically where you're using the power of your hands to heal. I don't know if you, have you, have you all had any experiences with,

Speaker 3 (13:52):

I haven't had like Reiki personally? Yes I have, but what's so interesting. I call it for some reason, for the longest I've called it Reiki, bringing people on pronunciation. Cause I I'd be pronounced. I never grabbed people. I'm like, yeah, I think so. I mean, it's very common in like the aligning your chakras or just kind of releasing like energy rate. And typically it's done by an individual who is certified in the space, a healer and you know, they cleanse your aura in a sense and just release. It's really interesting. It's very powerful, but it's so like, well from the healer perspective is so draining. So kudos for all the healers out there. I do. We do appreciate you. So understanding they actually like can identify where your blockages are in nuts, sweat hope just by feeling you so, yeah.

Speaker 3 (14:57):

Yeah, absolutely. And it's so amazing that you, you can sense, you know, the flow of energy as well, you know, like they're not necessarily touching you and this goes to like even acupuncture as well, you know, like kind of like removes all the block. It's, it's more like a touching point, but it does remove any blockages, you know, like that are in the way of energy flow. Absolutely. There's like, there's a lot of different like ways that it's used. One is like centering yourself and getting you kind of that even kill. And then the other is clearing like clearing the negative energies and then beaming, you know, that was like, that was a technique that I wanted to like dig into more like, I want to learn more about like that beaming, that projection. Totally. So, and then also, you know, extracting harmful energies that you might've picked up anywhere and also infusing positive energy and then smoothing and raking your aura, which I think is beautiful.

Speaker 3 (16:02):

So interesting to kind of like dumb down some of these words, right? Like we do this, even those who do not necessarily think they're practicing meditation, they are, you know, cause we all have like our own way of, of doing these like techniques, like the centering yourself and clearing your energy and all that. Like we all have like outlets in which we, we show and like change our aura, you know, like, and we don't have to even say, or our, you know what I mean? Just change her state of mind or like go from like feeling a little down like rejected, confused or whatever to like, Oh, okay, let me figure out a pick me up. You know, we all have like these pick me ups, you know, cooking, cleaning, you know, organizing or other things. Yeah. Shifting perspective, suspending judgment. Yeah. I look at it as like, as my energy field, what kind of energy that I am projecting, you know how, when you get around a person, maybe they have a ton of like really negative energy going on. They don't even have to open their mouth. You just sense it.

Speaker 3 (17:08):

You know what I mean? Or you get around someone that's just amazingly beautiful and spirit and they don't even have to open their mouth. You just feel it. I think a question right here for our audience is like, what do you do? You know, like sit down and think about some of your worst days and what have you done to kind of like pick yourself up and move past that obstacle. And that in a sense is a good way to kind of figure out your resiliency methods. Right? We all have built our own. We just don't think about it from that perspective because we never sit down and like, like due to our homework, I think it's important. Like yeah. Do that and let us know in the comments, drop us some helpful info on our social media. What do you do? I get like, you know, where like at the point where you're like, we practice meditation, what do you truly do? You know, like a quick pick me up, like w no, I'm asking you, what do I do? You know what I like to either, right.

Speaker 1 (18:13):

Listen to music, but it's usually like music because I knew the music is therapy for me. A lot of times it has the same effects as a, as meditation. For me listening to the right music, it can actually help me change moods and also calm me down certain types of music too. So like, that's what I personally use music therapy, or I write down my thoughts or I had like a personal light journal podcast where I would just like, spit my thoughts out and then listen back to them. So those are just a few methods that I used

Speaker 3 (18:45):

Forever. Amazing. What about you, Arianna?

Speaker 2 (18:49):

Totally. Yeah. Writing is really huge for me. Like, my brain is always like all over the place, so I'm thinking of like 5 billion things at the same time and just like writing and just like slowing my brain down to just like, man, like, you know, physically like manifest my thoughts and something like tangible right. Helps me so much. And just like reading that sometimes I don't even read it back. Like just even just writing it is that process. Yeah. But I also, I use like Sage a lot in Palo Santo to just like clear the air and honestly like just live listening to like binaural beats to just wash it away. Like in, after that, like I'm just like new person.

Speaker 3 (19:36):

Oh, it's so amazing that we all have these things. And also like just culturally and religiously, I am Muslim. Right. So, and even I'm Morag happened to be Moroccan. So like we have a whole, are they kind of like, just this, this essence site just cleanses the air and also just smells amazing. And it's just, you know, that's like, it's comfortable. You know, I grew up to that type of like culture, you know, like when you're feeling down, you know, your mom puts on some coils and you know, what's about to come, you know, she's like, it's just, I ain't come on.

Speaker 3 (20:13):

It's the little black seeds, there are so many different types, but yeah. Great. And it's just like, it's saying, okay, look, it's going to be all right. It's a great reminder of like, to kind of get out of our head, you know, like it's going to be all right. You know, it will be okay, this is not going to last, whatever you're going through without the strategy comes ease, you know? And just meditation started early, right? Like with even the Muslim prayer, five times a day to disconnect, it's this forceful disconnection. And I, you know, at a young age, I'm like, what are we doing? Like, what is dance like, this is, this makes no sense to know. And then like, and then you have media portraying, Muslims says like these psychos and terrorists. And so like, there's this battle that you have with it.

Speaker 3 (21:04):

And only to find out later that prayer is so aligned with yoga, I'm like five times a day, you know, this connecting and you're supposed to like yeah, in Islam, you connect, you know, with God, you know, but in general, what does one, what does one do when they actually meditate? It's to connect spiritually? You know, like whatever God you believe in that's, that's technically what you're doing. You're just elevating your thoughts, elevating your sense and get into a higher vibration. It's just so amazing. Like how things kind of like get, get twisted and you get lost and only to find yourself back up and like, Oh, you know what? I'm comfortable being who I am. You know, this there's benefits to this speaking of benefits.

Speaker 1 (21:55):

Yeah. Oh yeah. Ricky is, if you all want to check it out and it has a lot of great benefits, unfortunately it's probably not covered by most of your insurance companies, but it still works. I've tried, it it's pretty effective, but it's good at like targeting energy fields around the body when your energy is kind of stagnant due to like stress or any type of physical pain. It's also said to aid in any type of, you know, when you want to relax, that's what, that's the feeling that I got from, it was a lot of relaxation, but also assist the body's natural healing process as well. So it's also really good for like physical pain as well as helps develop your emotional, spiritual, and just who you are. It helps your wellbeing. It's being, it's been used to help treat a lot of different conditions. According to a medical news today.com it's been used to for cancer, like heart disease, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, infertility neurodegenerative disorders, and autism Crohn's disease and, and some fatigue syndromes as well. So it does have its medical benefits that the medical community does recognize. But as with any other kind of spiritual thing, you know, they're not like a hundred percent bought in on it.

Speaker 3 (23:04):

[Inaudible]

Speaker 1 (23:05):

Too, you know what I mean? So but we know it works. I know it works. I definitely tried it. And it worked for me,

Speaker 3 (23:10):

I think, to just emphasize that I urge people to just, you know, C can you ways they might not necessarily be for you, but just know it's there and it might be worth trying. So give it a shot. And if you do let us know in the comments, what you think it could be good or bad, you know, experience either way, you know, we're accepting of your opinion and share it with us. We'd love to hear it. Yeah. I just, I wanted to mention that like, it's, it is an inexpensive service and it's definitely like, you have to be super careful about who you go to for kinds of services.

Speaker 2 (23:46):

Like definitely have like some kind of interaction with them, like just to check them out and definitely do your research, look at reviews because you don't want to be trusting anyone, just, just anyone with your energy and like your healing. And if you're not to the point, like where you feel comfortable, like going to someone for Reiki, there are like, Shakara aligning meditations that you can do on your own. Some that just have like frequencies, which we're going to talk about next. And some that are just, you know, they kind of just talk you through about what, which energy lies in each chakra and how to like access it and unlock it. And I really am excited to get into like, diving into like,

Speaker 1 (24:29):

Yeah, let's go ahead and dive in. Let's talk about healing frequency. This is when we're talking about the binaural beats, right?

Speaker 2 (24:39):

Yeah. Definitely binaural beats. And like each of these frequencies definitely hit a certain shot. Yeah. Yeah. And so like, I don't know how familiar are audiences like with shockers, but shockers are energy fields that are throughout the body. There are seven main chakras that most like healers and practitioners like focus on like the most recognized ones. And they're all the way from like the top of your head down to like the base of your spine and each carry a different purpose and energy, like I had said before, so yeah. There's healing frequencies that can both access like this energy and clear it. So first it works on like clearing and opening and then like, you can actually like whenever meditating, you can actually feel it like very insane. Like you're, it's a surreal feeling. And like, you feel something very similar to like a muscle, a muscle contraction. Some people feel like an actual spinning element, like inside, wherever that that is. Have you, have you guys ever felt that when you were working on chakra your chakras?

Speaker 1 (25:48):

So I did a few like healing frequency, like work for different situations. So I did it before I went skydiving. And if you've seen my face in that picture and I looked like, I was just like floating on a cloud, I had went through a healing frequencies, binaural beats. Like it was a YouTube video that I had used. And before I even did it, and I was like the most calm, it was the most calm jump I ever like had it was ridiculous. I felt, yeah, I was able to, and my mind is kind of goes crazy for me to be able to like, shut it down and have that sense of calm when I'm like 13,000 feet in the air or whatever shows and approves that yeah, absolutely worked for me. I want to touch on two things. Right? So the first thing is this jargon might seem like out of control and like where we are living in, in like some, some cloud nine. But trust me, we are not,

Speaker 3 (26:44):

This is super common. Every culture, every ethnicity, every waste have their own way of, of showcasing this and doing it right. Whether that's drumming, you know, moving to the beats of the germs or in like religious books, you do the tattoo and you know, the way you actually read the Koran or the Bible or the Torah, you read it in this like beautiful voice and Craig, and then like, you know, when you go to church, you know, like if people were singing and like feeling the beach, feeling the music, feeling the words, so those literally are human frequencies. Right. And that's why the entire world can come down and join as a unity, you know, through music because we all connect at that level. It is a universal language. They choose. Absolutely. Everybody can feel it. So it's not just jargon. You know, like this is just maybe like, I would say scientific words that we're using.

Speaker 3 (27:46):

But ultimately what I want you to understand is like this isn't and you approach this, we do this all the time and this will give you additional tools to look up these frequencies. My favorite one, it's definitely aside from like, that's you, I listened to the deep own. Yeah. That's a common one. Oh my gosh. I was like, she does like so deeply, like the Tibetan ball. It's like everything like vibrations. Like I feel the energy, like in my body, either outside of my buddy, he was just so amazing, you know? And I do that a lot of times in the shower. Like I just liked playing that just like a way for me to kind of like get to the next level, get getting out of my head and start it out and start like with the tasks. Totally.

Speaker 2 (28:42):

Yeah. I love that you brought up that like it's in so many cultures, like a lot of people, like even non Muslims, like they, whenever, like I've, I've heard Azan all my life, but like whenever, like you hear it being performed or like you hear it in a city, like a common reaction is just to like tears, like, like, like I can't help it. Like when I hear Azan even on my phone, like when, when I hear it, like there's something in me. Like, I, I, I feel it like, it's impossible to like deny

Speaker 3 (29:17):

For our audience who do not know what Amazon is. It is called to bring a prayer. Okay. But yeah, it's, it's in every religion. It's an, every culture of culture. You name it. There's always, you always find, you know, like this relation, this correlation to music and beats and healing.

Speaker 2 (29:38):

Yeah. Let's, let's dive into like how they connect to each chakra and you can actually like choose which one you want to work on. And you can work on all of them at the same time, which is totally fine. But there are like specific frequencies that you can listen to. And there are specific meditations for each chakra as well. But I wanted to specifically focus on the frequencies because there's no voice. It's just pure like tones. It's just like music that ambient music is like the closest thing. Like,

Speaker 3 (30:09):

And we'll be, we'll be sharing some of these in the links on our platforms. For sure. Go ahead.

Speaker 2 (30:15):

Oh, totally. Yes. So let's start with the root Shaka, which is at, like I said, the base of our spine and this encompasses all the energy around family and home and being rooted and grounded stability. That's what our root shock grit is. That's what identifies like our root chakra. So, you know, like if you're having familial issues, relationship issues, money issues, housing issues, and just kind of feeling like all over the place. Like you're just, you're, you're just uprooted and you don't have anything. Any foundation like holding you in anchoring you is a good sign. Like your fruit chakra is out of balance. The frequency is 396 Hertz. It said that this is the vibrational tone of the earth. So,

Speaker 3 (31:05):

But that's why, Oh my God. So much stuff makes sense now. Yeah. The way that I heal my root chakra is by going out in nature and putting my feet in the ground, it's an amazing body. The body and mind always knows what they need for me. Did any of you ever hug fear trees? [inaudible] These are easy. They're not as when there's like bugs crawling over and you're like, but if you find a nice, I like Willow trees, like I like big trees that have, like, if you've ever been to like Disney and Florida, they have the, the tree, the tree of life. They're that big, huge tree. I just like big trees. Like I just love them. I get so much energy. So if you ever have the chance to go outside to earth, mother nature, literally lay down face down and you can send some fields of vibration.

Speaker 3 (32:08):

I've done it in mountains. Have done it back at home in Morocco as just so amazing. Everybody was like this crazy little girl doing it. And I'm just like, Oh, I fell on my face and I'm just going to stay here for awhile. And it's just like, you sense it it's so insane. You feel the pull, you know, from like the center gravity and you feel it in your stomach, you feel it in your face, your entire body is just so amazing. And I'm like, if anybody worries about you just be like, Oh, I fell it's okay. It'll take me a minute to get up. Don't you worry about me. I have back problems. Just leave me here, try it out, get your skin touching earth, not concrete, like real dirt, like get your skin touching real feels so good when you go like Medina, you know, like you play in the mud and you play in the rain. And there's that sense of like, Oh shit, I'm about to get dairy. But once you're in it, like, it just feels so refreshing and amazing. It's just like, rain is good. We were just talking about that yesterday about cleansing with water. Sometimes that's another good way to ground yourself, to just like getting underneath some water and some water run over. You.

Speaker 3 (33:30):

Tell us more about the rest of the frequency.

Speaker 2 (33:34):

I wanted to mention that the root chakra clearing the root chakra is able to liberate you from guilt and fear. Next, I want to talk about the sacral chakra, which has to do with the womb and reproductive organs, also the creativity center. So it's where we are. Our creativity stems from our manifestation stems from this is where our reality doesn't match our ideals. This is something that we need to work on. And often that's like a clear sign. Like if you're somewhere in your life and you're like, this is not like, this is not what I envisioned for myself. Like if you, if you take the perspective perspective of like you're 15 or 16, or even like 10 year old self, and you're like, damn like, this is not how, I mean, of course there's like turns like in unexpected life is unexpected, but if you're, if you're at a place and you're like, wow, like I really didn't like, this is not really what I was going for.

Speaker 2 (34:37):

How did I end up here? That's a good indication that you know, that your gear, Seiko, chakra is blocked and you need to work on that. Also, like if you're stuck in terms of like creative, like people like writers have blocks, or you you've heard of like a creative block, that's, that's another, that's another indication that your stake or shock has blocked the frequency to clear it it's 417 hearts. And it is said that this is the frequency synonymous with the moon. So this is an energy that will bring about change and clear any destructive influences of the past and allows you to change your life as well.

Speaker 3 (35:23):

That's amazing. Yeah. That's why a full moon is just powerful. Yeah,

Speaker 2 (35:28):

Totally full moons. Definitely have a, have a special place when it comes to sacred chakras. One of them, the next chakra is your solar. So if you, if you touch the, both of your ribs, if you put your fingers, like on both of your ribs, the opening of your ribs, like at the, at the base of that is your, your solar plexus in that it's like your gut. Like if you've ever heard of the

Speaker 1 (35:54):

Feeling, the butterflies, the bad ones and the good ones,

Speaker 2 (35:57):

It's your gut. And that's, that's, that's how you're geared. But it actually, in, in your stomach, you have the same tissue that is in your brain. So it's all, it's all connected. That's another form. Like, you know, they say, think with your heart, or what is your

Speaker 1 (36:15):

Trust? Your gut. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (36:16):

That's, if they're all ways to speak to you and like give you indications of like what you should be doing. So it's definitely a transformative, it's what pushes you forward. It's like, what gets you going? Oh, and also the color of it is yellow. So the root chakra is like a deep red, the sacred chakra is orange and solar plexus. Chakra is yellow. And if you eat foods actually that are these colors of the chakras, it also helps clear it. Yeah. No that, yeah. So they recommend like mango pineapple.

Speaker 1 (36:55):

No, no.

Speaker 2 (36:56):

Yeah. Bananas. Yeah. So as if you were really like working on, on a specific shocker, like there's many ways to

Speaker 1 (37:07):

Mm that's amazing

Speaker 2 (37:11):

Things you find out, right? So that the cleaning frequency for your solar plexus Shakur is 528 Hertz. It is synonymous with the frequency of the sun. And so it, like I said, it helps you transform and bring miracles to your life. It also activates your imagination, your intention, your intuition, just so you can reach your fullest potential. Like you, you have the ability to reach like those dreams that you think of. And this is what, like, this is like that engine that like gets you there.

Speaker 1 (37:45):

That's so awesome. That, that actually, when you mentioned that it's tied to the sun, that makes so much sense because the sun rises every morning and it's some about that. So I tell my kids, I'm like open the window, dammit, let that natural light shine in because it's just, I'm about when that sun hits you. It's just like, it brings you back to life. Totally pure science. You know, there are reunions on this earth that do not receive the sun at all, and they're inclined to be more depressed and so on. So this was like that when I was in Germany, they didn't have the sign. The sun didn't shine a lot over there. It was more, there was a lot of cloudiness. That's one thing I noticed about the place, the sun didn't shine as much as it shines here was not as bright over there. So it's really interesting. So

Speaker 2 (38:34):

True. I wa I, it's important to note that like, depression is directly linked with the blocks of blocked solar plexus, chakra, and get out into the sun, like open your curtains, like, feel sun on your skin. Like, it's

Speaker 3 (38:47):

That I feel like in so many ways, these protests, I mean, we've been stuck at home with this shelter in place, and this is an outlet to kind of like be out. It's amazing how these things, you know what I mean?

Speaker 2 (38:59):

People are dancing in the streets again.

Speaker 3 (39:01):

Goodness. Yeah. It's amazing. I mean, yes, there we get it. There there's violence connected to this, but at the same time, like those peaceful protests, like people gain together just the other day, 50,000 people in the streets of San Francisco came together and marched peacefully, you know? And they were like drumming there in days. It was just so beautiful. And the sun was hanging on like, Hey, can you, like, you're just like, it's an outlet to release and kind of like the block, you know? Totally, totally makes sense. Go on, go on.

Speaker 2 (39:37):

Yeah. Yeah. Next is the heart chakra. And this is, I think this is a tough one for everyone. And it's not hard to tell if your heart chakra is blocked. If you have a problem, trusting, if you have a problem getting into like relationships, if you don't trust yourself, we just talked about empathy. If you, if you have trouble like finding empathy, like within yourself for other people, that's a huge one. So also also familial issues and can definitely, you know, lead up to like having, having your heart chakra, blocked friends, anyone who's like done you wrong. And you're holding on to that. And if you have a, have a really hard time letting go and you're holding onto grudges, that's definitely a huge indicator that your heart chakra is blocked. What you can do is listen to a 639 Hertz frequency, and this will help your cells.

Speaker 2 (40:29):

Like in that region, just communicate with each other better and open that big, old heart of yours. Right. The next chakra is the throat chakra. I actually struggle, struggle with this. I just stuttered when I said that. Yeah. I I'm always being told to like, speak up. We can't hear you. What did you say? Exactly. So for me, it's like shut up. Jeez. Yeah. So, yeah. And this, if you have a difficult idea of like expressing yourself, like what, who are, who, what is yourself like, how do you want to, you know, see yourself in the world? Who, who do you think you are in the world? What is your image of yourself? I say this and people think I'm fucking crazy. I say like, I don't know what I look like. Like I think I look different in every single picture. Like, it's very hard for me.

Speaker 2 (41:17):

Like if you asked me to draw myself, like, I'd be like, Oh God, like this is tough. But it, it all comes back to like my throat, my throat chakra being blocked. If you, if you grew up not being able to express yourself, express yourself and find yourself, if you weren't granted the freedom to find yourself and figure out how you wanted to, you know, what, what you liked, you know, what you, what were your preferences instead of, you know, you were probably told of like very controlling parents produce children with blocks, throat chakras. Yes. For anyone out there with these types of blockages, you are not alone. There are tools out there that can support you. And again, we're here for that. Absolutely. Yeah. So one of the things you can do is listen to the 852 Hertz frequency. It is synonymous with the tone of the planet.

Speaker 2 (42:15):

Venus. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's just awakening your intuition just understanding your power and the power of self self-expression so that you can like, feel, feel firm and stable in yourself. Like it's, you know, like being, being sure of yourself you know, what was cool about that, that you just mentioned that I just caught on to Venus is the planet of love, which is usually referred to as the feet feminine energy. And it's so great how that ties into intuition. Cause I I've always felt like feminine energy is very intuitive. Yeah. Really interesting. How that, that tied into that. Like that's really, really cool. Yeah. So I actually, that makes more sense for the next shotgun, because it's actually tied to the next shock where the throat chakra is tied to mercury, which is our, the planet of communication. Right. So, yeah. So, and I just want to, I just want to be, I just want to go back and be correct.

Speaker 2 (43:15):

I don't know if I'm nervous about talking about the sh throw shocker. That's why I'm kind of frequency. The frequency is 741 just wanted to make that's for the throat sharp throat shopping for one Hertz self-expression communication, 741 Hertz throat chakra. The next one is our intuition, which is the third eye chakra. And when people say like your, your, your third eye is open, poking your eye, she likes it. Sometimes she like, that's a great answer. She likes it. And do like a little knock, you know, just make sure, make sure what's happening. Yeah. Yeah. Make sure she's, she's awake and open. Yeah. So like you said, it's very, it's a very feminine energy. Women are innately intuitive and it makes sense that the tone of the planet of Venus is 852 Hertz. I think a lot of common indications that, that your third eye is closed for one, like, there's, there's more of like a, a realist approach to this. And then there's more of like a spiritual, like, approach to this. And I mean, they definitely go hand in, but like a realist approach would be that like, you just take them the, the world that we live in as it is without looking like deeper into like what's actually behind it. So when they say your third eye is open, you, you, you see a world beyond what's like immediately presented to you. And then on a spiritual level, like you're able to connect, connect and like have compassion much differently if you say yes,

Speaker 3 (45:00):

Back to it, back to where we started. I think, you know, to sum it up and then I'll hand it over back to Vicky, you know, getting to nature, being in nature, be nature, create that like support ecosystem. We're going to, you're going to keep hearing us say that over and over again. It's a great reminder. You know, if you don't have one start one, what does that look like for you? And one of the most important things is like aside from being open minded is just open the table for conversations and just let it be, just let it be, you know, you don't have to influence or change or just fostered that environment to open up the conversation.

Speaker 1 (45:43):

Gosh, what a, what another beautiful moment together? I think we're really, you got gonna make a real impact on helping keel and what's going on across the planet right now. And so happy to share this moment with the three of you. Thanks again. Thank you. Thank you everybody.

Speaker 3 (46:00):

Wait on it. I think we have one more shocker. All right. Yeah. When my Shaka, the last one is our crown chakra

Speaker 2 (46:09):

And that's our connection with spirituality. And in order to get that one going, you can listen to a 963 Hertz frequency. So

Speaker 1 (46:19):

Thank you for sharing that with us so much you on it. Thank you. Just if you like Ingram side, get into nature, right? Open the table for those conversations, create your support system.
